Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking a Mobile Cosmetic Repairer to perform cosmetic SMART repairs at customer locations across the region. This role offers a 40-hour week, with basic salaries of £32,000 to £34,000 DOE and an OTE up to £40,000, plus up to £6,000 bonus.

You will manage your van, tools and stock, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet manufacturer standards and safety requirements. Prior SMART repair or bodyshop paint experience is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Confidence with modern paint systems and colour matching.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out mobile SMART repairs including paintwork and cosmetic refinishing.
• Preparing panels, sanding, masking, priming, and colour-matching.
• Delivering high‑quality paint finishes to manufacturer standards.
• Managing your mobile van, equipment and stock levels.

Mobile Cosmetic Repairer – Silverlink Volkswagen

Salary: basic £32,000 £34,000 DOE –( £40,000 OTE)

Bonus: Up to £6,000

Hours: (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cosmetic Repairer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality cosmetic repairs and providing a professional service directly at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out mobile SMART repairs including paintwork, minor body repairs, and cosmetic refinishing
• Preparing panels, sanding, masking, priming, and colour‑matching
• Delivering high‑quality paint finishes to manufacturer standards
• Managing your mobile van, equipment, and stock levels
• Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in SMART repair or bodyshop paint
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Confident with modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
