Job summary

Tructyre Fleet Management Limited is hiring a Commercial Tyre Technician in Southampton to service and fit tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including on-site visits and roadside calls. The role is full-time and permanent, 44 hours per week, with a salary of £36,900 per year and an achievable £41,000 OTE with bonus and call outs, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will carry out fleet inspections, maintain stock, complete electronic job sheets, and work closely with depot

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar role is required.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Fit and maintain tyres for commercial fleets, including roadside and on-site service.
• Carry out fleet inspections and maintenance work.
• Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets accurately.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health & safety standards.
• Manage stock effectively.
• Collaborate with depot colleagues to support customer needs.
• Participate in on-call rota and flexible working patterns.
