Job summary

Tructyre Fleet Management Limited is seeking a Commercial Tyre Technician to fit and maintain tyres for commercial fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on-site services.

The role is full time (44 hours per week) with a salary of £34,030 per annum (OTE up to £38,000 with bonus and call outs) and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work with depot colleagues, participate in an on-call rota, and benefit from in-house training, pension, life cover, and company van for business use.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or in a similar role.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on-site services.
• Carry out fleet inspections and maintenance work.
• Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets accurately.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
• Manage stock effectively.
• Collaborate with depot colleagues to support customer needs.
• Participate in an on-call rota and flexible working patterns.
