Job summary

JCW, part of the Apleona Group, is seeking a Mobile Commercial Gas & Plumbing Engineer to service planned and reactive commercial sites across the region. You will attend customer sites, perform gas and plumbing works, and document details in IT systems. You will work with the Service Desk on assigned tasks and be part of the on-call rota.

• Current qualifications in Commercial and Domestic Gas listed above.
• OFTEC, IPAF, PASMA, LPG, Unvented & Catering qualifications are a plus.
• Strong reactive repair and diagnosis skills across gas and plumbing installations.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites and carry out gas and plumbing works, including reactive and planned maintenance.
• Record accurate information using company and client IT systems.
• Undertake works as instructed by the Service Desk.
• Be included within the company call-out rota.

Mobile Commercial Gas & Plumbing Engineer

Location – Stoke, Regional

Hours – 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate - £22 - £23 per hour. Also paid door to door.

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Commercial Gas & Plumbing Engineer.

You will attend planned and reactive commercial gas and plumbing jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.

As a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer, you will:

• Attend customer sites and effectively carry out gas and plumbing works as required. This will include reactive, planned maintenance, quoted works and small works installations.
• Accurately use all company and client IT systems – ensuring accurate & relevant information is recorded.
• Undertake works as instructed by the Service Desk.
• To be included within the company call out rota system.

The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position. Flexible working is a must.

Qualifications & Experience

• Current qualifications in Commercial and Domestic Gas:
• CCN1
• CENWAT
• COCN1
• CDGA1
• ICPN1
• CIGA1
• CORT1
• TPCP1A
  • Excellent Gas and Plumbing experience.
  • Other qualifications (OFTEC, IPAF, PASMA, LPG, Unvented & Catering) are a plus.
  • Strong reactive repair and diagnosis skills across a variety of gas and plumbing installation types.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations
