Job summary

Excel Engineering Recruitment ltd seeks a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a respected building services team covering sites across the Northwest. You will be responsible for maintenance and repair of a range of commercial gas appliances and will work with a mobile on-call demand.

Based from home with travel generally within an hour, you will perform PPM schedules, meet KPI targets, and participate in a 24‑hour emergency rota with overtime options and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas appliances.
• Experience of working on commercial gas maintenance contracts would be essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances.
• Carrying out PPM Schedules and meeting KPI targets on commercial sites.
• 24 hour rota for emergency call out with standby and overtime arrangements.
