Job summary

Vertu FM is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer for permanent, full-time employment in the Kent/South East London patch, with a company van and benefits.

Role involves planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on gas and heating systems in commercial sites, servicing boilers and burners, and responding to service desk requests. You must hold CCN1, COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1 certifications and have a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• CCN1, COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1 certificates required.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on gas equipment (commercial and/or domestic).
• Strong customer service and IT/reporting skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs to gas and heating systems on commercial sites.
• Service, fault-find and repair boilers, water heaters, pipework and controls.
