Job summary

FM Search & Select Ltd is recruiting an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a specialist HVAC contractor covering Peterborough and the surrounding areas. You will service and maintain large commercial boilers and heating plant, carrying out PPM and remedial works while managing a mobile patch.

You’ll work independently across a portfolio, dealing directly with clients and supporting wider HVAC systems, including potential on-call duties on a 1 in 7 rota. Full UK driving licence essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a commercial gas engineer with relevant qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of large commercial boilers and heating plant.
• Desirable experience in air conditioning and F-Gas.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to mobile work.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and fault-find on large commercial boilers and heating plant.
• Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works.
• Work independently across a mobile portfolio and liaise with clients.
• Support wider HVAC systems when required.
