Job summary

Royal Mail P&FS in Inverness is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Operative to travel between sites in the Inverness postcode area, covering for absences and holidays. You will perform cleaning tasks across offices, toilets, floors and yards, maintaining high standards.

This is a physical, hands-on role with manual handling, and you will receive training. A full UK driving licence is required with no more than 6 penalty points; a work van is provided for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical cleaning tasks and manual handling.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Willing to learn and follow Health & Safety guidelines.
• Training provided to perform role effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks across multiple sites (mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
• Clean toilets, floors and offices; empty bins and sanitise surfaces.
• Litter picking in yard and car park areas.
