Job summary

Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions is hiring a Mobile Cleaning Operative in Edinburgh. You will travel between sites, perform a range of cleaning tasks, and help maintain high cleanliness standards across locations.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a company van and provided training. A full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points is required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required with up to 6 penalty points.
• This is a physical role requiring manual handling.
• No prior cleaning experience is required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to travel between Edinburgh area sites.

Responsibilities

• Mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean toilets, floors, and office areas.
• Empty bins and sanitize surfaces; litter-pick in yards and car parks.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet site standards.
