Job Description:

Job Purpose

• The Mobile Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for managing store cleaning in around 24 small format convenience stores in and around Northampton and surrounding areas.
• The Supervisor will ensure KPIs and Weekly Store Service Checks meet standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Recruit and train Store Cleaning staff effectively, ensuring recruitment and training align with company processes.
• Manage area and store costs within budget and adhere to Health & Safety requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact.
• Conduct weekly and monthly cleaning audits.
• Handle HR issues as they arise.

Candidate’s background & experience:

• Multi-site Cleaning management experience (preferred).
• Background in cleaning within food retail or small format retail environments.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Results-driven and proficient in IT tools such as Excel, Word, and Email.

The role involves working 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including 1 weekend day. Candidates should be accustomed to fast-paced retail environments, be flexible to cover weekends, and be prepared to be hands-on when needed. A full and valid driving license and residence in or around Northampton are required, with daily travel expected. Immediate start available.
