Job summary

Proman UK is recruiting a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations outside Liverpool, covering Ellesmere Port, Chester and Winsford. The role focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning, health and safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

You will supervise staff, plan workloads, and liaise with the Group Supervisor, with an immediate start and 12-month duration. A full UK driving licence is required as travel between sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel between sites.
• Previous supervisory experience within cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of performance, conduct, and professionalism.
• Ensure a first-class cleaning service across all areas of the building.
• Plan, review, and adjust work schedules to meet operational requirements.
• Request additional cleaning materials and consumables through the Group Supervisor.
• Communicate operational issues and staffing concerns to the Group Supervisor.
• Monitor and audit cleaning activities for compliance with standards and procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and provide feedback to the Line Manager.
• Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings addressing performance and wellbeing.
