Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across approximately 60 sites
• Carry out regular site visits and inspections
• Ensure company and client cleaning standards are met consistently
• Manage staff performance, attendance and conduct
• Support recruitment, induction and training of cleaning staff
• Coordinate holiday and sickness coverage as needed
• Monitor equipment, materials and stock levels
• Build strong relationships with clients and site contacts
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Complete audits, reports and compliance checks
• Support new site openings and improvements
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
