About The Role

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, early mornings and afternoons

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with cleaning across various sites, ensuring that client specifications and cleaning requirements are met, and set contract resource levels are adhered to.
2. Cover periods of absence, sickness, and holidays as instructed by the Area Manager, within the agreed time frames or within a two-hour window depending on site location.
3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the company and service development.

The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria:

1. Must have the right to work in the UK.
2. Full UK driving license – a company vehicle will be provided.
3. Experience working in a cleaning environment.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organization methods, and troubleshooting.
