Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking a Mobile Specialist Cleaner to cover a major UK retail portfolio across Devon. You’ll operate from a company van with fuel card and mobile phone, with work planned in advance where possible.

Most sites are within 90 minutes of Exeter, with occasional overnight stays and hotel stays fully covered. You must have a full UK driving licence and experience in window cleaning and specialist cleaning.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in commercial window cleaning and external/specialist cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high and low-level cleaning across retail, commercial and industrial sites.
• Perform specialist external cleaning including window cleaning and pressure washing.
• Complete planned cleaning tasks to specified standards and timescales.
• Respond to reactive cleaning requirements when needed.
• Work safely at height using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and carry out basic maintenance.
