We are seeking to recruit 2 Mobile Cleaning Operatives to work on Residential Sites for one of Nexgen's Social Housing partners in the Worthing area.

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience
• Full UK Driving Licence (Company Vehicle provided)

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames through dusting, damp wiping, or washing
2. Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
3. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
4. Hovering carpeted areas
5. Emptying waste bins and transporting waste to designated collection points
6. Mixing cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use
7. Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
8. Cleaning toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks
