Job Title: Mobile Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis, covering Residential and Social Housing sites in the NW6 area (Cricklewood, Paddington).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Must have a Full UK Driving Licence; a Company Vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames by dusting, damp wiping, or washing.
2. Sweep floors using brushes or dust control mops.
3. Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
4. Vacuum carpeted areas.
5. Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points.
6. Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use.
7. Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
8. Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
