Job summary

Mears Group is seeking a Mobile Cleaner in Caerphilly. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm) involves traveling between residential sites to keep communal areas clean and well-maintained while ensuring safety and equipment readiness.

You will work independently across multiple locations, maintaining cleanliness to high standards and contributing to residents' safe and welcoming environments. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas within residential properties.
• Travel between sites using a company vehicle.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Clean stairways, hallways and communal living areas.
• Clean kitchen areas and toilet facilities.
• Carry out dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping and sweeping tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
