Job summary

Celtic Horizons in Caerphilly is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain communal areas across residential properties. This field-based role requires you to travel between sites, perform cleaning tasks to a high standard, and keep equipment in good condition.

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, in a permanent position with a salary of up to 27,988.20 per year plus a company vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Must have entitlement to work in the UK (Mears does not sponsor)
• Cleanliness and attention to detail essential
• Ability to work independently and travel between sites

Responsibilities

• Maintain communal areas within residential properties
• Travel between sites using a company vehicle
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Clean stairways, hallways and communal living areas
• Dust, wipe, vacuum, mop and sweep as required
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
