Job summary

Citrus Facilities Management in Portsmouth is seeking a Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring high service standards and timely stock delivery. You will supervise frontline staff, cover shifts when required, and support training.

The role features a 4 on 4 off rotation with 6-hour morning shifts (5:00am–11:00am). A salary of £12.77 per hour and a company van are offered, with essential driving and health & safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and best practices.
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise teams across multiple sites.
• Deliver cleaning stock and equipment when required.
• Respond quickly to site issues and support stock control.
• Deliver training and support to frontline teams.
• Ensure consistently high cleaning standards are maintained.
