Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas including hallways, stairwells, entrances, and outdoor spaces.
• Carry out deep cleaning duties when required.
• Respond to urgent cleaning issues, including spillages and biohazard cleaning.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and in line with health and safety requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or property defects.
• Work independently across multiple locations while maintaining high standards.
