The Facilities Management service is seeking an enthusiastic mobile cleaner with access to suitable transport to reach specified sites at scheduled times (mornings and afternoons). The work hours are between 6:00am to 8:00am or 4:00pm to 6:00pm, with potential variation to meet operational needs. Some additional time may be required for site needs. A clean, appropriate driving license is essential; a taxi service is provided where disability precludes driving. Mileage allowance will be paid for travel from your base to sites. Experience in facilities management is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Main duties include vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, furniture washing, window cleaning, and occasional use of electrical cleaning machinery (e.g., buffing machine, wet pick-ups). Regular communication with management officers will be necessary to receive daily site updates. Good customer care and communication skills are key requirements.

Additional Information: Appointment is subject to a DBS check. The role involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students, with compliance to relevant data protection laws.
