Job Title: Mobile Cleaner

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend multiple sites for one of our Social Housing partners in Reading/Wantage and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required; a Company Vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
2. Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
3. Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
4. Vacuum carpeted areas.
5. Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points.
6. Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use.
7. Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
8. Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience.
• IT literate, with experience using tablets and smartphone apps.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
• Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
