Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to deliver high standards of cleanliness across our sites in Cirencester and surrounding Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

You will travel between sites, perform cleaning duties in communal areas, and operate cleaning equipment with reliability and professionalism. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will be part of a people-first team focused on quality and community impact.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year.
• Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Drive company van to and from sites.
• Clean internal communal areas such as lifts, stairwells, landings, kitchens etc.
• Sweep hard surfaces and litter pick on soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
• Report required repairs and maintenance to the manager.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Cleaning teams based in the Cirencester area and travelling to sites across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve traveling to different sites housing sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management.

You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.

Due to the mobile nature of this position, a Full UK Driving Licence will be an essential requirement.
