Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Mobile Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, guiding the public on safe parking and keeping traffic moving. You’ll spend long periods outdoors, acting with integrity and contributing to a safer community.

The role values independence, accountability and a calm, professional manner while working with local authorities and councils to support residents and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working alone for extended periods and value being part of a supportive team.
• Physically resilient and happy outdoors in all weathers.
• A high level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Strong people skills with a calm, professional, approachable manner.
• Care about fairness, community safety and doing the right thing.
• Confident and consistent when dealing with challenges.
• Full UK Driving licence or CBT is essential

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance on where to park safely.
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather.
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community.
