OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Chef Supervisor to deliver high-quality food services across multiple sites around Preston. The role involves hands-on cooking, recipe adherence, and supervising kitchen operations while ensuring safety and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have relevant City & Guilds/NVQ qualifications, Level 3 Food Safety, and experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments. A UK driving license and own vehicle are required.
Days of Working: This position will be based out of Guild Park, Preston, covering several sites in the nearby area and working 8hrs between the hours of 7am-7pm dependant on the site requirements. 5 in 7 days including weekends. MUST have UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
As a Chef Supervisor at OCS, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food services while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in line with set recipes and production methods, while supporting the supervision of kitchen operations and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
