Qualifications

• Previous professional culinary experience.
• Previous management experience in a similar Chef Manager or senior culinary role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness, including GP, costs, sales and waste.
• The confidence to lead, coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand and deliver all contractual terms and service standards.
• Build positive relationships with the client and communicate any on-site changes to your line manager.
• Deliver hospitality to the required standard and upsell to increase revenue.
• Monitor and manage gross profit, ensuring cost and sales records are accurate.
• Lead, support, coach and develop the team, ensuring training needs are met.
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with required standards.
