Qualifications

• Previous professional culinary experience.
• Previous management experience in a Chef Manager or senior culinary role.
• A genuine passion for food and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and deliver all contractual terms and service standards.
• Build positive relationships with the client and communicate on-site changes.
• Deliver hospitality to the required standard and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with required standards.
• Manage food orders, deliveries, receipt of goods and storage.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to ensure training needs are met.
• Monitor labour turnover and support recruitment as needed.
• Monitor gross profit, costs and waste to support commercial performance.
