Job summary

Glen Group are recruiting for a Permanent, Part-Time Mobile Caretaker to join our cleaning team in the Staffordshire area. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts typically 16:00–19:00, paid at £14 per hour. Flexibility with the workday and occasional weekend work may be required.

You will need a Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle as you will work across multiple sites. This hands-on janitor position requires cleaning and DIY experience, with full training

Job description

Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Part-Time Mobile Caretaker to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Staffordshire area.

You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, you will need to be willing to be flexible with your working day, as these hours can vary between 16:00-19:00 each day at £14 per hour.

We do also ask you are flexible with working weekends, as you may be requested to work the occasional Saturday or Sunday.

We require someone with a Full UK Driving License & their own Vehicle, as you will be required to work across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on Janitor position, so cleaning and DIY experience is essential, full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.

You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.

You will need to undergo a Full Enhanced DBS.
