Job summary

Glen Group is seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Caretaker/Cleaner in Exmouth (EX8). The role runs Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, split shifts 06:30-08:30 and 16:15-18:15 at £14.50 per hour. You will handle cleaning and caretaking duties, unlock the site, and perform DIY tasks with training provided.

A hands-on janitor position requiring reliability and attention to detail. The candidate should be trustworthy, well-organised, flexible and capable of liaising with staff and customers.

Job description

Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Caretaker/Cleaner to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Exmouth, EX8 area.

You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, this is a split shift so you will be required to work 06:30-08:30 and 16:15-18:15 at £14.50 per hour.

Each shift contains 1 hour of Cleaning & 1 hour of Caretaking responsibilities.

This is a Key Holding position & you will be responsible for unlocking the site... you will be given a set of Keys.

This is a hands-on Janitor position, so cleaning and DIY experience is essential, full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.

You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
