Job summary

McCarthy Stone is hiring Mobile Care Assistants in Prudhoe and surrounding areas. You will deliver personal care, domestic support and companionship to homeowners in our purpose-built developments.

The role is field-based, requiring travel between sites with a rota including mornings, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays. Mileage is paid, and mileage reimbursement is provided for use of a personal car. £14.50 per hour base rate plus 30p extra for evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain and clean communal areas to a high standard.
• Offer social support, transport arrangements and attend appointments to enhance wellbeing.
• Travel between developments as a mobile field-based role.
