McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant in Peterborough to join our care team, delivering personal care, domestic services, and companionship to our homeowners in purpose-built developments.

You will work with the Field Care Supervisor and Managers to provide bespoke care and lifestyle support, including help with daily activities, light housekeeping, and transport where needed. A driving license and own car are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or domestic environments, with ability to perform personal care tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to train and develop in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas and offer domestic support (cleaning, shopping, tasks).
• Assist with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments.
