Essex Cares Limited is seeking Care Assistants for community-based reablement work in Wickford. You will support customers to regain independence at home, with training provided and a mentor during the initial period.

Role includes driving to visits, shifts across 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm, and a guaranteed contracted hours arrangement after induction. Benefits include paid mileage, generous leave, pension and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have access to a car and a full driving licence with business insurance.
• No previous care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help clients relearn daily living skills in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and meal preparation.
• Work with a mentor after induction and participate in ongoing training.
