Qualifications

Mobile Building Services Engineer £42k - London

Company:

My client has been successfully operating for over 35 years within the mechanical and electrical industry. They specialize in servicing commercial offices in London, as well as retail contracts, including clients such as Barclays Bank, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and RBS.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 8 am – 5 pm
• 41.25-hour workweek

The role involves being a mobile commercial gas engineer covering London and the Home Counties, working across their entire client portfolio. Responsibilities include:

• Service, maintenance, breakdown, and repairs of mechanical plant
• Plant room maintenance
• Emergency light testing, fan coils, filters, pumps, motors, and general plumbing
• Performing PPMs and reactive maintenance as needed

Salary & Package:

• £42,000
• Van & Fuel Card

• 1 in 10 call-outs – £65 standby
