You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to urgent repairs, coordinate with contractors, and monitor energy usage while working independently and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of building maintenance or facilities management experience.
• Experience with commercial building systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management.
• Previous mobile or multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across assigned properties.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergency calls across multiple sites; diagnose and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs; maintain emergency contact protocols.
