Job summary

Gold Group is hiring a Mobile BMS Engineer for multiple Newcastle locations. The role involves maintaining BMS systems across schools, hospitals and offices, with a focus on preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.

Experience with Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara is required, along with a City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS. The position offers a salary of £40,000–£56,000 depending on experience, a company car, 24 days holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one of Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara.
• HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: carry out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems across sites.
• Reactive Calls: respond to breakdowns and participate in on-call rota with added financial benefits.
• Continuous Improvement: propose system enhancements, create cost estimates and quotes for clients.
