Location: Kingsley, Hampshire, UK – GU35 9. Salary starts at £55,625 per year, rising to £61,625 with performance bonuses. This role is posted on a Boost Contract with guaranteed top‑level pay and flexible scheduling.

Job Description

Join the RAC as a Mobile Mechanic on our Boost Contract. You will be the frontline provider of trusted service, delivering high‑quality servicing, diagnostics and repairs at customers’ homes or workplaces. You will work a core 40‑hour week (Monday‑Saturday) with an average of 7 additional hours per week based on customer demand.

You will have a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform and essential diagnostic tools from day one. The role offers transparent scheduling, bonus earning potential and financial security.
