About You:

Requirements

The Role:

We seek an experienced mobile tester to work with government clients on critical projects. You will deliver testing projects, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and work with testing and technical teams. You should have a strong understanding of test planning and delivery and be comfortable traveling to our Coventry office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with planning, execution, and coordination of testing activities.
2. Analyze test requirements, design, and produce reusable test scripts.
3. Create and manage test regression packs.
4. Generate test data to support test scripts.
5. Overcome obstacles by clarifying requirements and resolving bugs to ensure quality testing on time.
6. Review test artifacts produced by peers.
7. Review test results and update test suites as needed.
8. Report and support bug analysis.
9. Execute test scripts and report unmet requirements.
10. Define and implement key test KPIs for quality standards.
11. Contribute to release, deployment, and change planning.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage issues/defects with stakeholders.
2. Experience in functional testing to ensure requirements are met.
3. Experience in mobile automation testing using Appium/Specflow/.Net.
4. Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, CI/CD, and agile environments.
5. Hands-on experience in a .NET environment.
6. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
7. Ability to research and implement effective testing techniques and tools.
8. Experience in creating and managing test data.
9. Proven ability to define and implement test improvement strategies.
10. Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
11. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
12. Experience in process improvement, strategy setting, and driving change.
13. Experience with API testing using HttpClient or similar.
14. Experience with BDD, LambdaTest, Playwright, C#, performance testing, JMeter, and accessibility testing.
