Job summary

Tesco is seeking an Analytics Capabilities specialist to design, build and maintain a shared mobile analytics library for native apps using Kotlin and Swift. You will work with Android, iOS, Product, Data and Analytics teams to deliver reusable SDKs and robust tracking solutions.

You will ensure quality through unit and integration testing, document usage and release patterns, and help improve data quality and engineering efficiency across Tesco mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Experience designing reusable mobile libraries, SDKs, or shared platform components.
• Ability to translate behavioural tracking requirements into practical technical designs.
• Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code with automated tests and peer reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a shared analytics library for native mobile applications, focusing on Kotlin and Swift.
• Create reusable, well-tested mobile SDK components for analytics implementation across apps.
• Partner with Android, iOS, Product, Data and Analytics teams to translate tracking requirements into robust solutions.
• Support integration of analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 within native apps.
• Define and follow QA processes including unit, integration testing, event validation and UAT.
