Job summary

This is a long-term, well-paid position with a mobile portfolio. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and diagnostics across a mobile portfolio, ensuring safety and compliance on site. Applicants should hold F-Gas, have strong HVAC experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• F-Gas qualification is required.
• Strong commercial AC/HVAC experience required.
• Experience within Facilities Management or building services is preferred.
• Confident fault-finding skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive AC maintenance.
• Servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
• Working across a mobile portfolio throughout Surrey.
• Completing PPMs and associated documentation.
• Liaising professionally with clients on site.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and compliantly.
