Job summary

ThriveSW Limited is seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our maintenance team in North London, covering London and the South of England. You will carry out servicing, repairs, and PMs on commercial air conditioning systems, with fault finding, compressor replacements, and occasional small installations.

A valid F-Gas qualification and full UK driving licence are required. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, work independently, and deliver high standards of service

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
F-Gas qualification is essential.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ventilation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, repairs, and fault finding on air conditioning systems.
Replace compressors and undertake small installation works where required.
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive callouts.
Perform F-Gas safety checks and complete all required certification and job reports.
Install, service, and maintain air conditioning systems and associated pipework.
Ensure all work complies with regulations, health & safety, and company standards.
Deliver excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
