Job summary

Tech-People in Camberley is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well‑established, privately owned mechanical services contractor. The role covers installation, service, maintenance and breakdowns across commercial and domestic sites with predominantly local travel around Camberley, Hampshire and nearby areas.

You’ll work as part of a team that values engineers, offering a varied workload, local work, overtime, a company van and a supportive management.

Qualifications

City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas & ODS Regulations - Category 1 minimum.
Proven experience within the air conditioning industry.
Strong installation experience across split, multi-split and/or VRV/VRF.
Service and maintenance experience.
Confident fault-finding and diagnosing issues.
Comfortable working across commercial and domestic environments.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ideally based in or around Camberley / Hampshire.

Responsibilities

Installation of split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems.
Servicing and planned maintenance.
Reactive repairs and breakdowns.
Fault-finding and diagnostics.
Commissioning and testing.
Working on both commercial and domestic systems.
Working from drawings and installation specifications.
Travelling to customer sites throughout Camberley, Hampshire and surrounding areas.
