Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Cambridge

Randstad is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a client's team in Cambridge on a permanent, full-time basis. This role operates Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a skilled and proactive individual to undertake essential HVAC and building maintenance works.

Your New Role

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

* Performing PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs on Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure.
* Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
* Carrying out mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, and valves.
* Completing minor installation work.
* Engaging with stakeholders and providing fault diagnostics as needed.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Proven building maintenance experience.
* A recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
* F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification.
* The ability to work at height, including on roofs, up steps and ladders, and in MEWPs.
* Proficiency in working with and controlling CAFM systems via iPad.
