Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, covering three well-established commercial sites across South East London. You'll perform PPM and reactive maintenance on VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs and FCUs, working with on-site teams to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Valid F-Gas Certification.
• NVQ/City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration.
• Proven experience in HVAC/Building Services or FM.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs and FCUs.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to keep systems efficient.
• Conduct routine inspections, filter changes and system testing.
• Ensure work complies with F-Gas regulations and standards.
• Respond to reactive maintenance across three sites.
• Complete maintenance reports and job sheets accurately.
• Liaise with clients and on-site teams to maintain service levels.
• Identify improvements and provide recommendations.
