Job summary

Talent Solution Partners is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineer to join its growing building services team. The role covers a portfolio of commercial sites across London and Milton Keynes, with a mobile duties profile and a permanent contract.

You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and electrical systems, service VRV/VRF and split units, diagnose faults, and manage lighting and power across sites.

Qualifications

• F-Gas qualification required.
• Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualifications required.
• Electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent.
• Experience with VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems.
• Previous commercial building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Service, maintain and fault-find on air conditioning systems.
• Work on equipment including splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated HVAC plant.
• Diagnose and repair AC faults and breakdowns.
• Carry out electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• Maintain lighting, power, distribution and associated electrical systems.
• Carry out general M&E building services maintenance where required.
• Attend reactive call-outs and resolve faults efficiently.
