Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to service and repair commercial HVAC systems across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. You will join a field-based team, covering customer sites with a focus on reliability and professionalism.

The role offers a salary of £37,000 - £40,000 plus overtime (OTE £43,000 - £50,000+), a company van, fuel card and door-to-door pay, with 30 days holiday and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability.
• Full UK Driving Licence and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Reactive breakdown response and fault diagnosis.
• Planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on systems.
• Work with VRV/VRF, split systems and chillers.
