Job summary

TRS Cooling is seeking an experienced mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer to cover Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, servicing commercial and domestic sites.

You will service, maintain and fault‑find air conditioning systems, including split and VRF/VRV units, and complete neat reports while upholding high safety standards.

The role offers a 40‑hour week, no on‑call rota, a salary of £46,000–£48,000, private healthcare, a pension scheme and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven mobile air conditioning service experience on commercial and domestic sites.
• Strong knowledge of split systems and VRF/VRV units.
• Able to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs with clear reporting.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and fault‑find air conditioning systems on commercial and domestic sites.
• Attend planned maintenance visits and reactive call‑outs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to a high standard.
• Work on split systems, VRF/VRV units.
• Complete neat service reports and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company.
• Work independently in the field and within a small team.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times.
