Randstad CPE is seeking a Mobile A/C Engineer to service and repair static commercial sites in South London. You will work on splits, VRV/VRF systems and VAV terminals across multiple sites.
Role requires NVQ Level 2/3 in A/C & Refrigeration, hands-on experience with commercial systems, and a valid UK driving licence. Salary is £45,000 plus OT, with a van and fuel card; hours are Monday to Friday with a 1 in 5 on-call rota.

We are hiring a Mobile A/C Engineer to deliver maintenance and repairs across static commercial sites in South London. You will work extensively on splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems, and VAV (Variable Air Volume) terminal units.
Splits & Multi-Splits: Routine servicing, filter changes, leak checks, coil cleaning, and compressor diagnostics.
VAV Units: Airflow balancing, actuator/damper troubleshooting, controller setup, and reheater coil maintenance.
Commercial A/C Equipment: PPMs, fault-finding, major component replacement, and reactive repairs on VRV/VRF systems and air handling plant.
Compliance: Complete F-Gas logbooks, maintain compliance records, and join the 1 in 5 call-out rota.
NVQ Level 2/3 in A/C & Refrigeration + valid F-Gas Category 1 (2079).
Strong hands-on experience with VAV boxes, splits, and commercial A/C systems.
Full UK driving license and proximity to South London.
