MLD Teaching Assistant - Windsor

Are you enthusiastic about supporting young people with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) in their education and personal development? A high-quality Secondary SEN school in Windsor is looking for a committed, motivated, and inspiring MLD Teaching Assistant to join their team!

As an MLD Teaching Assistant, the role will include:

  • Providing 1:1 support for students with moderate learning difficulties
  • Supporting small groups with classroom activities and learning tasks
  • Helping students develop their confidence, independence, and communication skills
  • Assisting teachers with adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Supporting the implementation of individual education and support plans
  • Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
