Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Strong Python and Java programming with OO design.
• Experience designing APIs, backend services, or data-intensive apps.
• Familiar with testing, VCS, CI/CD, and secure production support.
• Experience integrating ML models or analytics into software products.
• Experience with Snowflake or relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade backend services and APIs.
• Integrate ML models and analytics into real-time and batch workflows.
• Develop reusable components for feature calculation, inference, decision support, and model outputs.
• Build internal and customer-facing tools to explore analytical outcomes.
• Apply software engineering practices, including modular design, code review, automated testing, and documentation.
• Improve system performance, reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into robust product capabilities.
• Participate in deployment, incident analysis, and remediation.
