Qualifications

• Two years’ experience behind a busy bar.
• Confident cocktail knowledge.
• Polished and personable host.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every drink is balanced, beautifully presented and worthy of the Club.
• Prepare a wide repertoire of cocktails with care and consistency.
• Bring fresh ideas to the menu and excite members.
• Set up and maintain immaculate service stations and keep bar stocked.
• Manage daily F&B requisitions and keep par levels.
• Deliver service with style, quickly and seamlessly for members and team.
• Host with warmth and professionalism to make every guest feel welcome.
